Returns & Refunds Policy

  • Final Sale Commitment. Due to the unique, pre-owned, and technically sensitive nature of high-fidelity audio equipment, all sales at Audio Alchemy are Final. Once payment (including deposits) is made, it is strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Deposit Policy. Deposits made to "hold" or "reserve" equipment are non-refundable. These funds represent a commitment to purchase and cover the cost of removing the item from the market and our technical prep-work.

  • Transferability Clause. We understand that your audio journey may change. While we do not offer refunds, your payment/deposit is 100% transferable to any other product in our inventory, provided that the original item has not yet departed our office for delivery or shipping.

  • Pre-Dispatch Inspection. To ensure your total satisfaction, we provide detailed high-resolution photos, videos of the unit in operation, or live "virtual demos" upon request before shipping. Once the item is dispatched, no further changes or transfers can be made.

  • Shipping & Logistics. Once shipping or local delivery has been arranged and the item has left our premises, the sale is considered complete and closed. Audio Alchemy is not responsible for buyer’s remorse once the unit is in transit.


Shipping & Damage Policy

  • Shipping & Delivery Costs. All costs associated with shipping, handling, and local delivery are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on weight and dimensions. For oversized or high-value items, we recommend professional courier services such as DHL Express or GDEX.

  • Self-Collection Option. To save on shipping costs and ensure the safest handover, we strongly encourage Self-Collection from our Subang Jaya office. Items can be tested on-site one final time before being loaded into your vehicle.

  • Damaged in Transit.

    • Packaging Excellence: We use high-density foam and heavy-duty double-walled boxes to minimize risk.

    • Risk Transfer: Once the item is handed over to the courier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer.

    • Insurance: We highly recommend that Buyers opt for Shipping Insurance. In the event of transit damage, Audio Alchemy will provide all necessary documentation and photos to assist the Buyer in filing an insurance claim with the courier.

  • Reporting Damage. If a package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or take clear photos/videos of the unopened box and the damaged unit immediately. Notify us within 24 hours so we can support your claim process.
